Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, while Cash on Delivery orders may be verified by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends may be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to order volume, weather, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 5,000 within Karachi. Any applicable delivery charges for orders below this amount will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery Information
Customers must provide a complete address, active phone number and accurate delivery information. RK Home will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and provide your order number, photographs and an unboxing video where available.
